Welcome to the Nursery Class!
My name is Mrs. Haydee and I am the Lead Teacher for the Nursery class. The teachers in the Nursery class are excited about your precious little one joining our preschool family.
Our goal in the Nursery is to help develop and to enhance the babies’ awareness of the environment through various activities such as, story time, baby aerobics, arts and crafts, etc. Babies learn by experiencing the environment through their senses: seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling and feeling, by physically moving around and through social interaction.
We as teachers provide a variety of activities that will increase in difficulty, complexity, and challenge the infant in their activities; this will help to develop understanding and skills. In addition we encourage the infants to join in on finger plays, poems, exercises, games and other activities.
We believe that all the children are intelligent and are capable of learning anything that is taught. Our goal is to impart into your child and challenge them during their stay in the Nursery class.
